Jill always knew exactly what she needed from me, and conveyed it to me. She answered all my questions, was eager to redo the preapproval when that became necessary. And even though the process hit a roadblock that might have killed some purchases, i always felt like Jill was on my side, and determined to make it happen. (Even if she wasn't! Lol!) Kudos!

I have been in Real Estate for 32 years and I know when a Loan Officer goes ABOVE and BEYOND what's needed to get the loan through and really help the client. This is what Jill did and I know she gets paid less on this than other loans so that shows what a dedicated individual she is!
